For funeral directors and estate professionals

Families ask you about the online accounts. What do we do about his email? Her Facebook? The subscriptions still charging the card? This page explains what we do, and the simple ways to point a family to us or to help they can use on their own.

What we do

We handle the online accounts a person leaves behind. For each account, we request closure or memorialization through the platform's official process for a person who has died. We work only from documents a family already has: a death certificate and proof of authority.

What we never do

  • We never ask for passwords, and we never sign in as the person who died.
  • We do not arrange services, handle remains, or touch anything that is yours.
  • We do not give legal advice. Bank, investment, payment and government accounts stay with the executor; we give them a list of what we found.
  • Nothing we send a family is a sales message. No urgency, no upsell.

Four ways to point a family to us, lightest first

  1. A link on your website. If your site has a resources or aftercare page, a link to our free guides helps any family that wants to do this themselves. Ready-made text is below.
  2. A card in the arrangement packet. A small card with our details. The family contacts us when they are ready.
  3. A warm handoff. With the family's permission, you give us their name and number and we call once, gently.
  4. A line in your service menu. Later, if it fits how you work.

After a case closes

With the family's consent, we let you know that the work was handled. Nothing about the accounts or the person is shared, only that the family was looked after.

Fees

Families pay us directly, the same price whether or not someone referred them.

  • Standard Closure — $300.
  • Custom Closure — $400. Standard, plus any accounts the family names.
  • The same two services can be bought ahead of time by someone planning their own affairs.

We don't pay referral fees right now. If that changes, it will be a written agreement with the funeral home, and the family will be told.
